Welcome to AutoHub Kenya. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform. By using AutoHub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AutoHub Kenya, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3. Vehicle Listings
Sellers must provide accurate information about vehicles listed. You warrant that you have the legal right to sell any vehicle you list. AutoHub reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or appears fraudulent. Listings must comply with Kenyan laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; harass, abuse, or harm other users; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of our services.
5. Fees and Payments
Basic listing services are free. Premium features require payment as specified in our pricing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on AutoHub, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AutoHub Kenya or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.
7. Limitation of Liability
AutoHub acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed. We do not guarantee that any transaction will be completed. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoHub Kenya from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
